Delivery Terms

  • Wellness Terminal orders can be delivered to the following countries: UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
  • Delivery dates are indicative only and Wellness Terminal is not liable for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, transport delays, natural calamities, or any other reason beyond our reasonable control.
  • Delivery occurs when the ordered products are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing the order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage, and damage passes to you. Ownership of Products purchased passes to you when payment is received by us in full and the product is delivered to you / an authorized person. You will be asked to sign for acceptance of the Products which will confirm that the Products are correct and have been received in good condition. 
  • If you are not at the delivery address, we will assume that you authorize any adults that are present at the delivery address to take delivery of the Products that you have ordered. If the above criteria are not met or there is no one at the delivery address, we will not leave the Products at the delivery address to ensure the safety of your products. We will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. 
  • While we aim to ship all Products in your order together, this may not always be possible due to Product characteristics or availability.  
  • Please note that all deliveries will be shipped with an invoice setting out the price and other details of the order such as shipping fee or custom duties (if applicable).
  • The minimum order amount for free shipping will be published at WellnessTerminal.com for different territories; these charges are subject to change without prior notice and we encourage you to check WellnessTerminal.com regularly for any amendments to these terms and charges. 

Delivery Within UAE

  • For orders placed in the UAE, we aim to deliver your product within 3 working days or at some other delivery date indicated at the time of order confirmation. 
  • Free shipping may or may not apply depending on the location of the buyer. Free shipping is available in UAE if the customer meets the minimum order amount. 
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. Any deliveries to be made within a stipulated period of time or date may attract additional charges determined by WellnessTerminal.com and the same will be specified on the order value before placing an order. 

Shipping Outside UAE

  • For orders placed outside the UAE, we aim to deliver your product within 7 working days or at some other delivery date indicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • No Cash on Delivery option is available for orders outside UAE. International orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. Any deliveries to be made within a stipulated period of time or date may attract additional charges determined by WellnessTerminal.com and the same will be specified on the order value before placing an order. 
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Wellness Terminal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For orders placed outside UAE, Wellness Terminal will charge the customer for custom duties and shipping fees at checkout. International orders (outside UAE) will only be processed after payment confirmation. 

Damages 

Wellness Terminal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Delivery timelines are the estimated number of days for your product to be delivered to your doorstep. These timelines are based on business days and exclude public holidays and Sundays.
