How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost will depend on your location of delivery and it will be shown in the checkout stage upon confirming your order. Free shipping may apply if you meet the required minimum order which is published in the site.

Will I need an ID to accept the delivery?

For payments made online, the recipient (you or any authorized person) needs to present a valid ID to receive the package. If no one is available to receive the package, we will not leave the products at the delivery address to ensure the safety of your products. And we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

What if I put the wrong delivery address?

Upon payment of order, you will received an invoice and notification of the delivery date with the delivery address you have provided before shipment. If our courier cannot locate you in the given address, they will call you to confirm the right address and set the delivery date.

How can I return or refund my order?

How can I get a voucher and can I use more than one voucher in a transaction?
